FAQ's

Who is this program for?

This program is perfect for any individual who is interested in improving their skills and abilities in difficult conversations. Those who are wiling to keep an open mind, try new things, and dedicate some time to the work and practice in-between sessions will see the biggest benefit.

What can I expect?

Do you offer Continuing Education Units (CEU)?

CEU requirements vary widely across professions and credentialing bodies. Upon completion of the program, participants receive a certificate that documents participation and hours. Many participants have successfully submitted this certificate to their governing bodies to receive CEU credit. We recommend checking with your specific organization to confirm eligibility.

Participants can expect an engaging, supportive learning environment in a small cohort setting designed to help them approach difficult conversations in new ways. The program introduces practical frames, tools, and ways of thinking that make challenging conversations feel more manageable and effective.

Over the course of the 16-week program, participants receive 12 hours of live, virtual coaching and training, along with thoughtfully designed activities that support real-world practice. These structured opportunities help participants integrate what they’re learning into daily work and home interactions, supporting meaningful and lasting behavior change.

I'd highly recommend this program for anyone - regardless of their current comfort level with having difficult conversations.

I learned new techniques, approaches, and ways of thinking that have allowed me to have more constructive - and still direct and frank - conversations with people and it has led to better outcomes.
