How much time/effort/energy per session is recommended to facilitate meaningful change?
Participants will have a mix of reading, application activities, and reflection exercises to complete. Approximately 2.5 hours per session timeframe (60-minutes of virtual one-on-one coaching and 90-minutes outside of sessions for reading and activities) is recommended to facilitate meaningful progress throughout the process.
